2. AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS
2.1 All flowers are subject to availability and stringent quality checks. Whilst we try our best to source your chosen flowers, sometimes supplier problems or quality control can affect this. We will however aim to warn you of this as soon as the issue becomes known, in order to discuss the best way forward. Please note, this is especially important in cases where only British grown flowers have been requested.
2.2 At times we may have to make substitutions for equal value and quality, at the last minute, without notice.
2.3 Your proposal will include a mood board, this may include design images you have supplied, please note we will not be able to recreate identical flowers – the design images are purely to indicate a colour and style.
